Since 1941 Local 403 has continuously represented Plumbers, Steam Fitters, Pipefitters, Welders and HVACR Service Technitions in the County of San Luis Obispo. Together with our employer partners we offer apprenticeship, Journeyman upgrade training, competitive wages and benefits that set the standard in the industry. I joined Local Union 403 Apprenticeship Program because I wanted a career that would benefit me in the long run and be stable. I enjoy that every job is different and that will be learning new things every day. I also enjoy the challenges you come across during each job you must find the solution in order to finish each task. Learning from different Journeyman is a huge advantage for me so I can see different ways to perform a job.
